Dear Students,
Despite the cancellation of school on Monday and Tuesday, your essay must still be submitted on Monday by 9pm on turnitin.com. However, there will be no need to turn in a paper copy (as that would be rather difficult); I will grade the essay that you submit online.

In grading your essays, I will take into consideration that we did not have class time to go over the introductions and conclusions or to do peer-editing, so please do your best on your own. I will, however, be looking for a strong thesis statement and excellent body paragraphs, which follow the MEAL format and use evidence from the documents to support your thesis.
