Your first homework assignment is to write a letter introducing yourself to me. Your letter should be at least one page long—either handwritten neatly or typed—and is due tomorrow.
Here are some questions to get you started. Feel free to write about as many as you like:
• Who are you? Where are you from? Where is your family from?• What are three things I should know about you?
• What are your strengths as a student? What do you want to improve?
• What did you like and/or dislike about your past history classes?
• What do you hope to learn or do in class this year?
• How do you learn best? What I can do as a teacher to help you learn?
• Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
• Anything else you would like to tell me
